We use Courier Post to deliver parcels within New Zealand

How much does it cost?
North Island $10.00
South Island $15.00

When will your parcel arrive?
North Island - 2 - 3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
South Island - 3 - 4 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Rural Delivery add 1 extra working day to delivery estimations

Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be processed and sent out until Monday

What happens if I need a parcel urgently?
If you need a parcel by a certain date please put a comment in the comments section of the shopping cart
and we will see if it can be accommodated, as occasionally an item may need to be ordered

Freight is automatically calculated at the shopping cart and depends on the weight and destination of your purchase

You can check what the freight will cost before providing delivery and payment details by adding products
to the shopping cart and selecting the freight option that suits you


Air International

When will your parcel be delivered?
Delivery Estimation 7 - 10 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)


International Economy Courier

When will your parcel be delivered?
Delivery Estimation 5 - 7 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)


International Economy Courier is a fully tracked service that requires a signature on delivery
and can only be sent to a PO Box in Australia, Canada, USA

International Economy Courier can only be sent to the following countries:
(Business or Street Address only)

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,
Hungary, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore,
South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA.

(If your country is not listed above you must use Air International)

We do not send parcels to the following countries
Africa, China, Fiji, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam
due to non delivery of parcels

Customs Duties

Customs duties on some international gifts maybe subject to import taxes or duties
These are the responsibility of the purchaser

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible.
We will let you know if the order has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been shipped you will be refunded in full including the cost of shipping.

If the order has already been shipped, the item(s) can be returned as per the following
Returns Policy conditions. (see returns policy below for conditions)

(This means you will need to return the item(s) to our store at your cost,
and you will only be refunded the price of the items, not including the original shipping amount)



Returns Policy and Conditions
You may return any item(s) purchased within 14 days of delivery of your purchase.

The following conditions apply:

The item(s) are in as new condition and undamaged and include all original packaging, parts, and accessories

The original reciept is included

We will not accept returns of opened, or damaged items, or items (recieved by us) more than 14 days after delivery.

The cost of shipping item(s) for return is the responsibility of the purchaser. (unless it is the result of our error)

The original cost of shipping the item(s) to you will not be refunded. (unless it is the result of our error)

Before any return is sent please contact us by email

and a Return Shipping Address will be emailed to you.

What if my parcel does not arrive or is damaged in transit?

Please email us if your parcel does not arrive
(according to the delivery information on the delivery info page)
or if the goods are damaged on arrival.

We will then start an investigation with NZ Post and arrange the appropriate paperwork.
This is not a necessarily speedy process and can take up to several weeks.
